These Membership Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Creating Dreams Parents Hub Membership ("Membership").
By purchasing, accessing or using the Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase or access the Membership.

2. About the Membership
Creating Dreams Parents Hub is an online educational membership designed to support parents and parents-to-be.
The Membership provides access to a range of resources, information and expert-led content relating to:

Children
Teenagers
Family life
Parent wellbeing
Mental health
Relationships
Fitness
Career and return-to-work support
Child development
Education and related topics
The Membership may include:
Articles
Videos
Downloadable resources
Guides
Checklists
Live sessions
Webinars
Q&A sessions
Community discussions
Expert directories
Other resources we choose to provide
We may add, remove, update or modify Membership content, features, experts and resources at any time.
3. Our Approach
The Membership contains a wide range of information, support, perspectives and approaches from different experts.
We recognise that every child, parent and family is unique.
We encourage Members to explore the information available, take what is helpful for their circumstances and disregard approaches that are not suitable for their family.
We do not promote a single parenting philosophy, method or approach.
Nothing within the Membership should be interpreted as requiring a particular parenting decision, course of action or outcome.
4. Eligibility
Membership is intended for individuals aged 16 years and over.
By purchasing Membership, you confirm that:
You are ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom
You are at least 16 years old;
Any information you provide is accurate and up to date;
You will keep your account details secure; and
You will comply with these Terms.
Membership is for individual use only and may not be shared with others.
5. Membership Content and Expert Contributions
The Membership contains content created by us and by independent experts.
Experts may include professionals working in areas such as:
Child development
Parenting support
Mental health
Speech and language
Occupational therapy
Education
Nutrition
Fitness
Family wellbeing
And other related fields
Some Experts may discuss legal, financial, educational, health or wellbeing topics. Any such content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as advice specific to your personal circumstances.
Expert content reflects the views, experience, knowledge and professional opinions of the individual expert responsible for that content.
While we take reasonable care when selecting experts and publishing content within the Membership, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, current or suitable for your individual circumstances.
Information within the Membership may not always reflect the latest research, guidance or professional standards.
You remain responsible for determining whether any information, strategy, recommendation or resource is appropriate for you and your family.
6. Important Disclaimer
The Membership is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.
The Membership may include general information relating to legal, financial, educational, health, wellbeing and family matters. Such information is intended to increase awareness and understanding of available options and should not be relied upon as personalised professional advice.
The Membership does not provide:
Medical diagnosis or treatment
Healthcare services
Therapy or counselling
Crisis or emergency support
Personalised legal advice
Regulated financial advice
Professional advice tailored to your individual circumstances
No content within the Membership creates a professional-client relationship between you and CD Parents Hub Ltd or any Expert.
Where personalised advice is required, Members should seek support directly from an appropriately qualified professional.
7. Expert Directory and External Services
The Membership may include an Expert Directory and information about independent Experts.
The inclusion of an Expert within the Membership or Expert Directory does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement or recommendation of that Expert's services.
Experts may choose to offer discounts, promotions or other benefits to Members. Such offers are provided by the relevant Expert and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Where Members choose to contact, engage or purchase services from an Expert, any such arrangement is entirely separate from the Membership.
Any contract for services is solely between the Member and the relevant Expert.
Experts are independent businesses and are responsible for their own services, advice, recommendations, conduct, terms, fees and professional obligations.
CD Parents Hub Ltd is not a party to any agreement between a Member and an Expert and accepts no responsibility for services provided by Experts outside the Membership.
From time to time, we may receive commission, affiliate income or other benefits where Members purchase products or services through links, recommendations or offers made available within the Membership. Where this applies, we will take reasonable steps to be transparent about such arrangements.
Members are responsible for carrying out any enquiries they consider appropriate before engaging an Expert or purchasing any third-party product or service.
8. Community Standards
We aim to create a supportive, respectful and inclusive environment for all Members.
Members must:
Treat others with respect and courtesy;
Respect differing opinions, experiences and parenting approaches;
Communicate in a constructive and considerate manner;
Follow any Community Guidelines published by us from time to time;
Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Members must not:
Harass, bully, intimidate or threaten others;
Use abusive, discriminatory, hateful, offensive or inappropriate language;
Share content that is unlawful, misleading, harmful or defamatory;
Deliberately spread misinformation;
Promote products, services, events or businesses without our permission;
Share another person's personal information without their consent;
Upload content that infringes another person's intellectual property rights;
Encourage unsafe practices that may place a child, parent or other person at risk;
Impersonate another person or organisation;
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to another Member's account or information.
Members are responsible for ensuring that any information they share is accurate, lawful and appropriate,
Community discussions, comments, posts and Member contributions reflect the views of the individual Member and do not necessarily reflect the views of CD Parents Hub Ltd or any Expert
Members should not rely on community discussions as a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, treatment or emergency support.
We may monitor, remove, edit or moderate content and discussions at our discretion.
Participation in the Membership community is a privilege and not a guaranteed feature of Membership.
Serious or repeated breaches of these Community Standards may result in the removal of content, restrictions on participation, suspension of Membership or termination of Membership without refund where we reasonably consider this to be appropriate.
9. Privacy and Confidentiality
Members are encouraged to respect the privacy of other Members.
Information shared within the Membership community should not be disclosed outside the Membership without permission from the individual concerned.
However, we cannot guarantee confidentiality within the Membership and Members should exercise caution when sharing personal information.
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Safeguarding
The welfare, safety and wellbeing of children, parents, families, Members and Experts is important to us.
Members must not use the Membership in any way that may place a child, parent, family member, Member, Expert or other person at risk of harm.
If a Member becomes aware of content, conduct, communications or activity within the Membership that they believe may present a safeguarding concern, they should notify us as soon as reasonably possible by e-mailing [email protected].
Where we reasonably believe that content, conduct, communications or activity may create a safeguarding concern or risk to any child, parent, family, Member, Expert or other person, we may take any action we consider appropriate.
Such action may include:
Removing content;
Restricting participation in community areas or events;
Suspending Membership;
Terminating Membership;
Restricting access to certain features or services;
Reporting concerns to relevant authorities, agencies or professionals where appropriate; and
Cooperating with law enforcement, safeguarding organisations, regulatory bodies or other relevant authorities.
Where we reasonably believe there is a risk of serious harm to a child or adult, we may share relevant information with appropriate authorities, emergency services, safeguarding agencies or other relevant organisations where permitted or required by law.
We may take safeguarding action without prior notice where we reasonably believe immediate action is necessary.
We are not required to disclose the details of safeguarding concerns, investigations or actions where doing so may compromise safety, privacy, confidentiality or legal obligations.
Nothing within the Membership is intended to replace professional safeguarding, healthcare, social care, mental health, emergency or crisis support services.
If you believe a child or adult is at immediate risk of harm, you should contact the appropriate emergency services, safeguarding authority or relevant professional service without delay.
11. Membership Fees and Billing
Membership fees are displayed at the point of purchase.
Membership operates on a recurring subscription basis unless otherwise stated.
By purchasing Membership, you authorise recurring payments using your chosen payment method.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain current.
If payment cannot be collected, we may suspend or terminate access to the Membership.
12. Founders Membership
Where a Founders Rate is offered, it is available for a limited period and may be withdrawn at any time.
Members who join at the Founders Rate may retain that rate while their Membership remains active and uninterrupted.
If a Member cancels or their Membership is terminated, entitlement to the Founders Rate ends and any future Membership will be charged at the then-current advertised rate.
13. Cancellation and Consumer Rights
You may cancel your Membership at any time through your account settings.
Cancellation takes effect immediately upon completion of the cancellation process.
When you cancel:
Your Membership will end immediately;
Your access to the Membership, community areas, content, resources and recordings will end immediately; and
No further recurring payments will be taken unless you choose to rejoin.
No refunds, credits or partial refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a billing period unless required by applicable law.
Cooling-Off Rights
If you purchase Membership as a consumer, you may normally have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of purchase.
However, by purchasing Membership and accessing the Membership content immediately, you expressly:
Request immediate access to the Membership and its digital content; and
Acknowledge that once access to digital content has begun, you may lose your statutory right to cancel during the 14-day cooling-off period.
Where required by law, we will provide information about your cancellation rights before purchase.
Rejoining
Members who cancel may rejoin at any time, subject to availability and the Membership terms and pricing in place at the time of rejoining.
If a Member joined at a promotional, discounted or Founders Rate, that rate may not be available if the Membership is cancelled and later restarted.
14. Intellectual Property
All content made available through the Membership is protected by copyright, intellectual property rights and other applicable laws.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Videos;
Articles;
Guides;
Checklists;
Downloadable resources;
Graphics and images;
Webinar and live session recordings;
Community materials;
Membership branding; and
Any other content made available through the Membership.
Ownership of Membership content remains with CD Parents Hub Ltd and/or the relevant Expert or content creator, unless otherwise stated.
Your Membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Membership content for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
You must not:
Share your login details with anyone other than your spouse, partner or another parent or guardian who lives in your household;
Permit access to the Membership by anyone outside your household
Copy, reproduce, distribute or republish Membership content;
Sell, licence, rent, transfer or commercially exploit Membership content;
Upload Membership content to websites, social media platforms, forums, file-sharing services or other online platforms;
Record, download, copy or distribute live sessions or recordings except where expressly permitted;
Remove copyright, trademark or ownership notices from Membership content;
Use Membership content to create competing products, services, memberships, courses or resources;
Use Membership content to train, develop or improve artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models or similar technologies without our prior written consent.
Members may download or print resources only where this functionality is provided and solely for their own personal use.
Unauthorised use of Membership content may result in suspension or termination of Membership and may give rise to legal action.
Expert-created content remains the intellectual property of the relevant Expert unless otherwise agreed. Such content is licensed to CD Parents Hub Ltd for use within the Membership.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to Members.
15. User Content
Where you submit questions, comments, posts, feedback or other content within the Membership, you retain ownership of that content.
However, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce and distribute that content within the Membership and for the operation of the Membership.
We may monitor, remove, edit, moderate or refuse to publish content at our discretion.
We may edit questions for clarity, combine similar questions or decline to answer submitted questions.
Members are solely responsible for any content they submit, post or share within the Membership and must ensure that they have all necessary rights and permissions to do so.
By posting content within the Membership, you acknowledge that your name, profile information, comments, posts, questions and other contributions may remain visible to other Members after your Membership has ended, unless we decide to remove the content or are required to do so by law.
16. Testimonials and Feedback
If you provide feedback, reviews, testimonials, comments or success stories relating to the Membership, you grant us permission to use, reproduce and publish them for promotional and marketing purposes.
We will not intentionally publish sensitive personal information without permission.
17. Live Sessions and Recordings
Some live sessions may be recorded and made available to Members.
By participating in a live session, you acknowledge that your name, profile information, submitted questions, comments and contributions may be visible to other participants and may appear in recordings that remain available to Members after your Membership has ended. .
Members who do not wish to appear in recordings should avoid participating in recorded sessions or submitting identifying information.
We reserve the right to determine which sessions are recorded and whether recordings remain available.
We do not guarantee that all live sessions will be recorded or that recordings will remain available for any particular period.
18. Availability of the Membership
We aim to provide uninterrupted access to the Membership but do not guarantee that the Membership will always be available.
Access may be affected by:
Maintenance;
Technical issues;
Third-party providers;
Internet outages;
Platform failures.
The Membership relies on third-party platforms and services, including The Growth Nest.
We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party providers.
We may temporarily suspend access to all or part of the Membership for maintenance, updates, repairs, security reasons or operational requirements.
19. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.
The Membership is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Every child, parent and family is unique, and information that is helpful for one family may not be appropriate for another.
While we aim to provide useful, evidence-informed and high-quality content, we do not guarantee that the Membership, its content, resources, Expert contributions or recommendations will be suitable for every Member, child, parent or family.
We do not guarantee:
Specific results or outcomes;
Improvements in wellbeing, behaviour, development or family circumstances;
The success of any strategy, recommendation or approach discussed within the Membership;
That all content will always be accurate, complete or up to date; or
That the Membership will meet every Member's individual needs or expectations.
Parents, carers and Members remain responsible for making decisions relating to themselves, their children and their families.
Any action taken based on information provided within the Membership is taken at the Member's own discretion and responsibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CD Parents Hub Ltd shall not be liable for:
Any indirect or consequential loss;
Loss of opportunity;
Loss of anticipated savings;
Loss arising from decisions made based on Membership content;
Loss arising from services purchased from third-party providers or Experts outside the Membership;
Loss arising from the actions, omissions or conduct of other Members;
Interruptions, delays or technical failures relating to third-party platforms or services.
Subject to the above, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Membership shall not exceed the total Membership fees paid by the Member during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing within the Membership creates a professional-client, therapist-client, healthcare-provider, legal-adviser or financial-adviser relationship between a Member and CD Parents Hub Ltd.
20. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate Membership immediately where:
These Terms are breached;
Community standards are breached;
Payment fails;
We suspect unauthorised account sharing;
Safeguarding concerns arise;
We reasonably believe continued access may pose a risk to others or to the Membership.
We may exercise our rights under this section with or without prior notice where we reasonably believe such action is necessary.
No refund will be provided where Membership is terminated for breach of these Terms.
21. Changes to the Membership and These Terms
We are continually developing and improving the Membership and reserve the right to make changes from time to time.
We may:
Add, remove or update content, resources, tools and features;
Introduce new services, benefits, events or Membership options;
Modify, replace or discontinue existing features;
Add or remove Experts, contributors or guest speakers;
Change the structure, organisation or delivery of Membership content;
Introduce promotional offers, free trials, Membership tiers or alternative pricing options; and
Make any other changes that we reasonably consider necessary for the operation, development or improvement of the Membership.
The availability of any particular Expert, resource, feature, session, recording, discount, offer or benefit is not guaranteed and may change from time to time.
We do not guarantee that any specific content, Expert, feature or benefit will remain available for any particular period.
Where reasonably possible, we will endeavour to provide notice of significant changes that may materially affect Members' use of the Membership.
We may also update these Terms from time to time.
Where we make material changes to these Terms, we will take reasonable steps to notify Members through the Membership platform, email or other appropriate means.
The latest version of these Terms will always be available within the Membership or on our website.
Your continued use of the Membership after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you may cancel your Membership in accordance with Section 13.
22. Complaints and Contact
We are committed to providing a positive experience for Members.
If you have a complaint, concern or question regarding the Membership, please contact us at:
We will aim to acknowledge complaints within a reasonable timeframe and investigate concerns appropriately.
If you believe your Membership has been suspended or terminated in error, you may contact us at [email protected]. We will review the circumstances and notify you of our decision.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
23. General
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any policies, notices or documents expressly referred to within them, form the entire agreement between you and CD Parents Hub Ltd in relation to the Membership.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
No Waiver
If we delay or choose not to exercise any right or remedy available to us under these Terms, this shall not prevent us from exercising that right or remedy at a later date.
Assignment
Your Membership is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, assigned or otherwise provided to any other person.
You may share access to your Membership only with your spouse, partner or another parent or guardian who lives in your household, as permitted by these Terms. You must not otherwise transfer your Membership or allow access to the Membership by anyone outside your household.
We may transfer, assign or otherwise deal with our rights and obligations under these Terms where reasonably necessary in connection with the operation, restructuring, sale or transfer of the Membership or our business.
Third Party Rights
A person who is not a party to these Terms shall not have any right to enforce any provision of these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
Electronic Communications
By becoming a Member, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically, including through email, the Membership platform and other digital communication methods relating to your Membership.
Force Majeure
We shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure arises from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, industrial disputes, internet outages, cyber incidents, government action, power failures or failures of third-party service providers.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
